As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high\-quality care and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient chairside support to the dental team
- Prepare, clean, and maintain clinical areas to the highest standards
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, COSHH, PPE, and health \& safety regulations
- Operate and maintain dental equipment in line with manufacturer guidance
- Accurately complete patient clinical notes and records
- Take, process, and store dental radiographs
- Prepare laboratory work and maintain accurate tracking records
- Monitor stock levels and report when supplies need re\-ordering
- Liaise with reception to support patient flow and communication
- Support with reception duties when required
- Attend team meetings and contribute to practice improvements
- Participate in ongoing training, including CPR and medical emergency updates
- Act in line with professional standards, practice policies, and the GDC code
- Travel between practice locations when needed
- Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered) – or trainee with strong commitment
