Property Maintenance Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive full time / Part time Maintenance Person to join our team. We are flexible on working days and number of days.

Mon\-Friday 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (depending on the job).

Pay £12\.71 \- £15\.00 per hour depending on experience.

If you can offer solutions instead of create issues.

Find work arounds and be resourceful in solving maintenance issues.

Work as part of a team ensuring the customer is happy with results \- on every occasion.

Duties

• Fencing, garden clearance, repairs.


• Basic like for like replacement plumbing jobs changing taps, toilet repairs etc.


• Hanging doors


• Assisting our Kitchen and bathroom fitting team with demolition and set up of new carcasses.


• Tiling and grouting and mastic/silicone work


• splashbacks and shower wall installation


• replacing smoke detectors


• General carpentry and advantage (routing)


• Painting, stain block and mold treatments


• Basic electrical works \- like for like change plug plates


• General maintenance duties – hanging curtain poles, fixing window openers etc.


• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

• Personable, and customer focused


• experience as a general trade (min 3 years)


• Full clean driving license


• Can\-do attitude

Pay: £12\.71\-£15\.00 per hour
