Peak Point Properties is looking for a Property Consultant to support clients with property enquiries, viewings, listings, and day\-to\-day property activity.

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the property market, and can manage appointments and client enquiries in an organised way. Property experience is useful, but we are also open to candidates with relevant customer service, sales, or administrative experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to property enquiries from prospective buyers, tenants, landlords, and other clients.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.

  • Maintain accurate property details and availability information.

  • Assist with preparing property listings and marketing information.

  • Speak with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Follow up with prospective clients after viewings and enquiries.

  • Keep CRM and property management records up to date.

  • Coordinate appointments, inspections, and other property\-related activities.

  • Work with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal colleagues when required.

  • Assist with tenancy and property administration.

  • Monitor the progress of enquiries and maintain clear follow\-up records.

  • Help ensure property information and marketing materials remain accurate.

  • Support the wider property team with day\-to\-day tasks and client requirements.

  • Handle client information professionally and maintain confidentiality.

  • Escalate property, tenancy, or customer issues where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in property, lettings, sales, customer service, administration, or a related environment is helpful.

  • Good communication and relationship\-building skills.

  • Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients.

  • Good organisation and ability to manage appointments and follow\-ups.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business software.

  • Good local market awareness or interest in the Sheffield property market is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage several enquiries and priorities at the same time.

  • Practical approach to solving client and property\-related issues.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant property training or qualification is beneficial but not essential.

  • Full UK right to work.
