Property Consultant

Job Overview

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support.


• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective clients.


• Conduct move\-in/out inspections


• Conduct property inspections and liaise with landlords regarding their properties.


• Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements


• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the process


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of local property markets and relevant legislation


• Organise appointments, manage client databases, and ensure smooth communication between all parties


• Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and engaging with potential clients through various channels


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


• Previous experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential


• A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem\-solving


• English \& Maths A\*\-C Qualifications.
