- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions swiftly
- Coordinate with engineering teams
- Communicate project updates clearly ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including schedules, reports, change orders, and compliance records.
- Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and optimize productivity Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within factory environments.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: £32,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
