Care Assistants at Herefordshire Care Homes come from all walks of life. Ideally you will have Diploma/NQV level 2 or 3 in care or are keen to further your career. If you are kind, friendly and care about the life about older people then we could have just the role for you.

What you’ll need
Experience of caring for others your belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative and imagination, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload, you’re great at keeping records too. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.

Pay: Up to £12\.71 per hour
