Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Client ProjectLead to support two of our key strategic accounts across the UK \& Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating projects, aligning internal teams, and strengthening long\-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the established client accounts


• Acting as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and Diversey's internal teams


• Planning and facilitating regular customer review meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments


• Coordinating product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams


• Managing project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting


• Supporting complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans


• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

• Strong project coordination or project management experience


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and priorities


• Experience managing customer\-facing projects and complex deliverables


• A proactive, organised, and solutions\-focused mindset


• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive accountability
