<div>We’re looking for an <strong>Innovation Operations Project Manager</strong> to join our <strong>R&D organization</strong> and drive <strong>New Product Development (NPD)</strong> within our <strong>Hair category</strong>. This role is critical in translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, enabling speed to market, value creation, and strong cross-functional alignment.</div>

<div>You will lead complex projects in a <strong>global, matrixed environment</strong>, ensuring delivery through the <strong>Innovation Development Process (IDP)</strong> while collaborating across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and more.</div>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<div>Lead NPD programs end-to-end, balancing quality, timing, and cost through the Innovation Development ProcessManage cross-functional project teams (5–20 members) in a matrix organization.</div>

<div>Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocationMonitor execution and performance using project dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.</div>

<div>Facilitate team alignment through effective communication, structured meetings, and decision-making frameworks,</div>

<li>
<div>Act as a key integrator across functions, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and strategic roadmapsIdentify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues proactively with actionable contingency plans.</div>

<div>Drive agility and simplification, challenging existing ways of working to improve speed and efficiency.</div>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>4–5 years of <strong>project management experience</strong>, leading cross-functional teams, <strong>within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. </strong></li>
<li>Proven track record in New Product Development <strong>(NPD) </strong>from concept to launch (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience across at least two functional areas (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, Project Management)3+ years of overall professional experience; FMCG/CPG or OTC healthcare experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in project management tools (MS Project, dashboards, PPM systems)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with global, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.</li>
<li>PMI/PMBOK or similar PM certification is a plusBachelor’s degree required (Science, Engineering, Business, or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Strong business and financial acumen.</li>
