<p><strong>We are looking for a Sales Engineer</strong> who will strengthen our Sales team.</p>
<p><strong>Functional responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Sales Support:</strong> Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering expert advice and support throughout the sales process.</li>
<li><strong>Solution Design: </strong>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.</li>
<li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Team Training: </strong>Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work with the Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and enhance overall service offerings.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Documentation: </strong>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.</li>

<div><strong>Requirements for applicants:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Graduate engineering degree.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods: CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printing.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Good knowledge of Italian and English. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div>IT enthusiast, ready to master and use modern technologies and software.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Willingness and desire to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere.</div>
</li>
</ul>
