To help drive our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our expanding team.
The Role
Scope and Objectives:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Projects Manager will be responsible for implementation of new contracts as well as assisting the Operations manager in managing the day to day operations using the comprehensive policies and procedures provided. Duties will include the management of contract and sundry cleaning staff, all aspects of health and safety, maintaining customer service levels and general associated administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As part of the management team you will be responsible for overseeing all day to day matters relating to the management, supervision and maintenance of the cleaning services provided by MCS.
Working with Sales and HR, your role will be to ensure that all new contracts are set up correctly playing a lead role in recruitment, equipment purchase, TUPE consultation (if relevant) and client communication. Once established, you will liaise with the operations team to ensure the contract is passed across correctly and continues to function correctly.
Support and manage key accounts to ensure that the contract is ran and resourced correctly.
Ensure cleaning at all sites is being maintained to the specification agreed. Where shortfalls are identified, corrective actions are put into place to ensure that the specification is adhered to and to keep records as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement.
Have full working knowledge of the contractual schedules of work for all customers covered by the services provided by MCS.
To monitor holiday requests and authorise as appropriate. To organise cover for planned and unplanned absences using the existing cover staff, existing cleaning staff and any other resources available to you.
