We are seeking a Multi\-Skilled Engineer to join our high\-performingmaintenance team in Coalville, supporting plant, equipment and buildingservices across a busy commercial contract. What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairsacross building services, plant rooms and site infrastructure.


• Maintain and support core FMsystems including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergencylighting, small power and general electrical systems.


• Complete routine statutory andcompliance checks, ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with siteprocedures.


• Respond to building\-servicesfaults, diagnose issues quickly and complete first\-time fixes where possible.


• Support minor plumbing,heating, ventilation, drainage and fabric maintenance tasks as required.


• Work safely on low\-voltageelectrical systems, carrying out basic fault\-finding, isolations and repairswithin competence.


• Use CAFM systems and mobiledevices to receive, update and close planned and reactive tasks accurately.


• Liaise with the client, siteteams and contractors to resolve maintenance issues and maintain a highstandard of service delivery.


• Support permit\-to\-workprocesses, risk assessments, method statements and contractor supervision whererequired.


• Act as a responsible andvisible member of the engineering team, supporting wider FM operations anddeputising for the Shift Leader when needed. What We’re Looking For


• Recognised or time\-servedapprenticeship.


• Strong manufacturing orindustrial maintenance experience.


• Electrical qualifications suchas City \& Guilds 236 Parts 1–2 or equivalent (17th Edition).


• Mechanical qualifications toCity \& Guilds or NVQ Level 2\.


• Ability to fault\-find acrosselectrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.


• Experience with 3\-phase motors,drives and inverters.


• PLC diagnostic or repaircapabilities (advantageous).


• Confident supervisingcontractors and managing safety documentation. Why Apply?
