Project Lead CMAT Development

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead (CMAT Development) within our Education Department.
This is a key strategic leadership role within the Archdiocese of Liverpool with overall responsibility for leading and delivering the implementation of our academy strategy “A Family in Christ: Our Future Together”.
The role will provide focused leadership capacity during a pivotal period for Catholic education, ensuring that change is values\-led, relationship centred and rooted in Catholic mission. The role will provide both direction and support for schools and academies during their journey and will help guide collaboration and mutual support across our schools and trusts. When completed we will have three of the biggest academy trusts in the country, so this is an amazing opportunity to contribute to shaping Catholic education in the North West.

About the person
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a Catholic school environment and will be familiar, if not experienced, with academisation and project management. A confident communicator who is able to calmly and confidently manage expectations of multiple stakeholders. You will be a solution focussed innovator who can rise to the challenge of shaping Catholic education in the future.
Terms and Conditions \- 3 years fixed term contract
Salary £60,000\.
Location Saint Margaret Clitherow Centre, Croxteth Drive, Liverpool, L17 1AA.
Working Hours 35 hours Monday to Friday.
Annual leave 38 days inclusive of two gifted days and eight bank/public holidays. 3 day closedown over Christmas period.
Pension Employees
Will be enrolled into the People’s Pension Scheme with a contribution rate of 3% and 5% contributed by the employer. The archdiocese will match employee contributions up to 6% of their pensionable salary.
