Project Engineer - Civils
On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Project Engineer \- Civils for a 3 month hybrid contract based in Cardiff, Bristol or Swindon.

As a Project Engineer \- Civils, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Undertake the duties of Designated Project Engineer (DPE).
- Lead engineering assurance activities across multiple projects.
- Review and approve designs, technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering activities and act as a key liaison between project teams and engineering management.
- Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, procedures and legislation.
- Support project delivery through design, construction, testing and commissioning phases.
- Recent experience as a Designated Project Engineer (DPE).
- Strong Network Rail experience.
- Significant experience delivering rail civil engineering projects, particularly within renewals and infrastructure programmes.
- Proven engineering assurance, design review and technical approval experience.
- Strong background across civil engineering disciplines including: Bridges, Buildings, Earthworks, Structures.
- HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
