Role - PROJECT COORDINATOR – 1 YEAR FTC MATERNITY COVER

Salary – Junior Project Coordinator - £28-30k (plus bonus)

Experienced Project Coordinator - £31-35k (plus bonus)

In addition to a generous benefits package

Location – London SW6

Hours – Full time – Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 4pm

HYBRID – 1 day work from home

My client is a leader in the lighting design industry with over 40 years of excellence. They are seeking a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and managing comprehensive project coordination. This role is integral to their mission of inspiring clients with innovative lighting solutions and ensuring a seamless journey from project inception to after-sales support.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Plan, organise, and deliver all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and team members, maintaining clear and effective communication.

  • Proactively handle client concerns, ensuring they are addressed professionally and in accordance with their high standards.

  • Collaborate closely with all team members and lead projects with knowledge and assertiveness.

  • Utilise project management tools and methodologies effectively, ensuring all project information is accurately recorded in CRM system.

  • Support the sales team by participating in product launches, project meetings, and compliance meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in the lighting design or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SAP).

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working in a luxury environment and presenting to groups confidently.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

  • Technical proficiency and a good understanding of CRM systems.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Professional demeanour, with a commitment to high standards in attire, punctuality, and overall conduct.
