Keys Assistant

• Temporary (8 weeks), £15 per hour


• Location: SW6, London


• Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm)

We are seeking a Keys Assistant to join our clients head office team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for managing and organising keys efficiently within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be able to start immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Notify the key department of any outgoing blocks and coordinate with the new managing agent for handover.


• Archive block key details on Keyzapp and prepare keys for dispatch.


• Record tracking numbers for keys posted out (purchases).


• Manage, tag, store, and record keys, including addressing the backlog of onboarding buildings.


• Record details of missing keys and oversee access to keys with reception.


• Organise and maintain the key cupboard to ensure ongoing organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Experience in key management or similar administrative roles is preferred.


• Proactive and able to work independently.


• Excellent organisational skills.
