Project Coordinator FULL TIME
Overview
EcoGlow Group Ltd is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Project Co\-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency across a variety of software applications.
You will be central to supporting our project managers, liaising with customers, managing our company fleet, and coordinating essential business functions — helping EcoGlow deliver renewable energy projects to the highest standards.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, demonstrating excellent professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain digital and physical records.
- Organise staff travel and accommodation (hotel bookings, transport arrangements).
- Support fleet management, including scheduling maintenance , inspections, and compliance records.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Prepare professional documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for basic accounting and invoicing tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in customer communication, handling queries and supporting excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to EcoGlow’s social media presence with posts, updates, and basic content support.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing and data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clerical experience in a professional setting, with strong record\-keeping skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive mindset with flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
