Project Coordinator

Are you the person who loves bringing order, keeping everyone informed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.

Our Projects Team sits at the heart of the business, helping to deliver security solutions for clients across a variety of sites and environments. Working closely with colleagues, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering a great client experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.

  • Coordinating project activities and helping to keep timelines on track.

  • Acting as a central point of contact for project\-related queries.

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, engineers and internal teams.

  • Monitoring project progress and escalating any concerns or risks as required.

  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and activity updates within our project management system, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for all project information, actions, owners and deadlines, with updates completed daily.

  • Raising client invoices accurately and on time, ensuring all project information, costs and supporting details are correct before submission.

  • Assisting with scheduling, resource planning and administrative tasks.

  • Providing regular project updates to key stakeholders.

  • Helping to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

  • Supporting with quality and compliance to ensure project deliverables meet our standards

  • Providing administrative support to our field\-based teams.
A bit about you:
  • You're the sort of person who genuinely enjoys bringing order to things. Lists, plans, trackers and colour\-coded spreadsheets don't scare you; they make you happy.

  • You love seeing a project come together and take pride in keeping the details organised, deadlines visible and everyone in the loop.

  • You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in getting things right first time, particularly when managing project records, documentation and financial information.

  • You're disciplined when it comes to keeping systems up to date and understand the importance of accurate, real\-time project data. You're comfortable using project management tools such as Monday.com and recognise the value of maintaining a clear, reliable source of truth for the wider team.

  • You're confident enough to chase updates, ask questions and raise concerns when needed, but you do it in a way that builds relationships rather than ruffles feathers.

  • You're a team player who enjoys working with different departments, clients, suppliers and colleagues to keep projects moving forward.

  • You're comfortable in a fast\-paced environment where priorities can change, and you're happy to adapt when they do.

  • You're proactive, practical and solutions focused. If something needs doing, you'll roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, always looking for a way forward rather than dwelling on the problem.

  • You're resilient and organised under pressure. You know projects don't always go to plan, and you're able to stay calm and focused when things get busy.

  • You have experience supporting projects, coordinating activities or juggling competing priorities, and you enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes.
