Employment Terms
This role is employed by Ardrar Ltd, which operates under separate terms and conditions to Bord Gáis Energy. Together we’re helping homes, farms and businesses cut costs, reduce emissions, and transition to cleaner energy.
The Role
Ardrar Ltd, trading as Bord Gáis Energy, and part of the Centrica Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the next phase of transformation as we accelerate our transition to a more sustainable energy future.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and manage end\-to\-end delivery of solar PV and boiler installation projects
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date project schedules and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with operations teams, installation crews, and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively
- Ensure all teams have the necessary tools, materials, and information to complete installations
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager on project progress, risks, and challenges
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruption
- Manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently to ensure smooth project delivery
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Experience in the renewable energy, solar PV or construction sector (preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer\-focused approach
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
- Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
- Full driver’s licence with willingness to travel occasionally
- Knowledge of renewable energy or solar PV systems (advantageous)
