Maintenance Assistant - Part-Time

We are now hiring a Part\-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance department at The Cork International Hotel.

Painting knowledge/experience is essential

Requirements:

• To ensure the hotel has achieved the correct maintenance at all times.


• Repairs may include furnishings and fixtures, light painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs


• Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance list and consistently keep updated records on file.


• To rectify any maintenance issues within the hotel daily


• To assist in the implementation of planned prevention maintenance system in operation


• Ensure all items from "SnapFix" maintenance list are actioned with the Maintenance Manager


• To ensure guests safety by eliminating potential risks and hazards


• To help ensure all health, safety and fire regulation are adhered to


• To ensure appropriate quality steps are documented and adhered to at all times


• To ensure all guests maintenance issues are handled urgently in line with agreed procedure


• To help ensure a high level of security throughout the department
