Project Co-ordinator
- Role Overview:
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Commercial and Operational teams and help drive the efficient delivery of projects across the business.
The role is a key support position within the company, acting as a link between Commercial, Operational and Accounts functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director, Projects Manager and Managing Director to ensure projects are correctly established, documented, monitored, invoiced and closed out.
This role is not a traditional administrative role and requires an individual who can take ownership of project coordination activities, proactively manage information flow and help ensure projects progress efficiently from instruction to final invoicing.
The role will suit an individual who is highly organised, proactive and capable of assisting multiple arms of the business within a fast\-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up new jobs and maintaining project records.
- Create and maintain project folders, document registers and trackers.
- Administer company project management systems, including Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Teams and EQUE2 Construction Manager.
- Maintain live project status reports and workload trackers.
- Monitor project progress and proactively follow up outstanding actions.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders.
- Track subcontractor compliance, accreditation and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and project documentation.
- Collate Operation \& Maintenance information, certificates and completion documentation.
- Assist the Commercial Director with Applications for Payment and Invoicing.
- Support project handover with Projects Manager.
- Act as day\-to\-day administrative point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Record and distribute meeting actions where required.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of company systems, processes and workflows.

- Competent with Microsoft Office software packages.

- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Previous experience within construction, maintenance, facilities management or property sectors.
- Experience working with project documentation and document control systems.
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams , or cloud\-based management systems.
- Experience supporting operational, commercial or project delivery teams.
- Experience preparing reports, trackers and management information.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
