Project and Operations Officer
About the Role
TRL Healthcare Innovation is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project \& Operations Officer to join our growing team.
This is a varied and hands\-on role where you’ll support the delivery of consultancy projects while also helping with the day\-to\-day operations of the business
If you enjoy working across multiple areas, keeping things organised, and being part of a dynamic team—this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes
- Supporting project delivery by tracking plans, actions, and reporting
- Maintaining organised documentation across projects and operations
- Supporting communication with clients and internal teams
- Supporting internal business operations
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A clear and professional communicator
- Comfortable working across both project and operational tasks
