Summary

Due to retirement, we are seeking a skilled Production Print Engineer to join our dynamic team at Production Print Direct. This role is pivotal in enhancing our service led approach and ensuring the highest quality standards in our digital printing solutions. Based in the UK, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, PDI, service, maintain and repair the range of cutsheet equipment supplied by the company.


• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and develop effective solutions. and timely repairs.


• Maintain accurate stock records for vehicle and customer sites.


• Utilize manufacturer instructions and service guides and keep upto date with new developments and bulletins.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.


• Work with team members to provide remote support and onsite assistance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Engineer within the digital cutsheet print equipment industry


• Strong knowledge \& experience of Konica Minolta production engines and related peripherals and operating systems.


• Experience with KM label presses is a plus


• Excellent problem\-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment when required with other field technicians
