Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a core product area throughout the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, delivery, optimization, and long-term strategy.
- Define and execute product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
- Translate complex workflows, customer feedback, market insights, and data into actionable product decisions and clear direction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality, and scalable product experiences.
- Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive data-informed prioritization and iteration.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and customer impact.
- Make strategic trade-offs and prioritization decisions in complex and evolving enterprise environments.
- Champion product excellence through a strong focus on usability, quality, customer outcomes, and continuous enhancement.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end-to-end ownership of product areas or major initiatives.
- Strong product management expertise, including roadmap development, prioritization, customer discovery, and product strategy.
- Proven ability to simplify complex business challenges and convert customer insights and data into impactful product solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Passion for creating customer-centric products that drive engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation solutions, enterprise SaaS products, or platform-based products is considered an advantage.
