About ReviewSolicitors

ReviewSolicitors is the UK’s leading review platform for law firms. We provide a SaaS solution that enables law firms and individual solicitors to collect, manage and showcase verified client reviews.

Our mission is to make the legal market more transparent and to improve access to justice by helping consumers make informed decisions when choosing a solicitor.

As we scale, product quality, user journey optimisation and search visibility are critical to our continued growth.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Product Lead / Product Manager to take ownership of understanding, analysing and improving the ReviewSolicitors platform.

This is a fully office\-based role in Nottingham. Collaboration with Design, IT and senior leadership is central to the position, and hybrid or remote working is not available.

You will immerse yourself in the product — not just how it functions technically, but how each type of user genuinely experiences it. Your primary focus will be improving the end\-to\-end user journey across all sides of the platform.

Understanding Our Three Core User Types

1\. Law Firms

Law firms use ReviewSolicitors as a reputation management and marketing tool. They:

  • Onboard onto the platform

  • Invite clients to leave verified reviews

  • Manage and respond to feedback

  • Monitor ratings and performance metrics

  • Embed reviews onto their own websites

  • Use dashboards to track engagement and visibility
You will analyse the firm onboarding journey, dashboard usability, workflow efficiency for review requests, reporting clarity and feature adoption levels. You will identify friction points that impact engagement or retention and define structured improvements that increase commercial value for firms.

2\. Individual Solicitors

Individual solicitors interact with the platform through:

  • Personal profile pages

  • Practice area classifications

  • Review attribution

  • Regional and category rankings

  • Reputation management tools
You will assess how clearly solicitor profiles communicate expertise, credibility and trust. You will evaluate how visibility is structured across practice areas and geographies, and how solicitors engage with their own profiles.

Your role is to enhance profile presentation, improve clarity of information, strengthen engagement and ensure the platform fairly and effectively showcases individual legal professionals.

3\. Consumers Seeking a Solicitor

Consumers use ReviewSolicitors to:

  • Search by location and area of law

  • Compare law firms and individual solicitors

  • Read verified reviews

  • Assess trust, credibility and experience

  • Decide who to instruct
You will analyse search behaviour, filtering patterns, navigation flows and conversion journeys. You will identify drop\-off points, areas of confusion and missed opportunities within the user experience.

Your responsibility is to improve clarity, comparison tools, search functionality and overall usability — ensuring consumers can confidently choose the right solicitor.

What You Will Do

You will map end\-to\-end user journeys across all three audiences and identify measurable improvement opportunities. From this insight, you will define enhancements that improve usability, engagement, retention and conversion across the marketplace.

A key part of the role is translating product ideas into development\-ready documentation. You must be able to produce detailed Product Requirement Documents, structured user stories, technical specifications and clearly defined acceptance criteria that our Design and IT teams can work from confidently.

You will collaborate closely with designers to refine UX improvements and work directly with developers to ensure technically accurate implementation. Post\-launch, you will monitor performance data and iterate based on measurable outcomes.

Over time, you will help shape the broader product roadmap and influence long\-term strategic direction.

Search Engine Optimisation Responsibility

Product decisions at ReviewSolicitors directly influence our organic visibility.

You must have a strong understanding and appreciation of SEO within a SaaS marketplace environment. Changes to page structure, internal linking, content architecture, profile layouts and user engagement signals all impact our Google footprint.

You will work alongside marketing and technical teams to ensure that product improvements strengthen our search performance, protect indexation and enhance organic growth. Maintaining and improving our search visibility is a core responsibility of this role.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with proven experience managing and improving established SaaS products. You should have a strong track record of refining digital platforms and optimising user journeys rather than simply launching new features.

You must be analytical, commercially aware and comfortable interpreting behavioural and performance data. The ability to produce technically structured documentation for development teams is essential.

An understanding of SEO principles and how product architecture influences search visibility is highly desirable.

Above all, we are looking for a motivated individual with a genuine passion for SaaS products and a drive to continuously improve digital experiences.

Why This Role Matters

ReviewSolicitors operates a dual\-sided marketplace serving both law firms and consumers. Every improvement to the user journey influences trust in the legal sector.

When law firms experience smoother onboarding and clearer reporting, engagement improves. When individual solicitor profiles are structured effectively, reputation management becomes more meaningful. When consumers can confidently compare options and understand verified feedback, they are empowered to make informed decisions.

Product decisions also influence how visible legal services are in search engines, which directly impacts access to justice for individuals actively seeking legal help.

This role therefore sits at the centre of growth, transparency and public trust. It is an opportunity to shape how legal services are discovered, evaluated and trusted across the UK.
