We are looking for an experienced Product Director to shape product strategy, drive portfolio performance and lead the successful delivery of customer value across multiple products and markets.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will influence senior stakeholders, balance commercial opportunities with customer needs, and ensure product investment decisions deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and lead product strategy across multiple portfolios and markets

  • Shape roadmap priorities using customer insight, market evidence and business objectives

  • Deliver portfolio commitments within agreed capacity, timescales and budgets

  • Own portfolio governance, investment prioritisation and lifecycle management

  • Drive customer retention, product performance and sustainable business growth

  • Establish meaningful product metrics and provide clear performance reporting

  • Influence senior leaders on trade\-offs, priorities and investment decisions

  • Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance and governance requirements

  • Lead strategic partnerships and cross\-functional collaboration

  • Build product capability, leadership succession and high\-performing teams

  • Promote responsible adoption of AI, supported by appropriate governance and oversight

  • Take end\-to\-end ownership of outcomes and ensure commitments are delivered successfully
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience leading product management and product strategy across complex portfolios

  • Strong commercial judgement and market awareness

  • Proven success delivering large\-scale product roadmaps in regulated or safety\-critical environments

  • Experience influencing executive\-level investment and prioritisation decisions

  • Strong portfolio governance and resource management capabilities

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Data\-driven approach to product decision\-making

  • Experience developing and leading high\-performing product teams

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate changing priorities

  • Healthcare, social care or education technology experience would be advantageous
