This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex user behavior and product performance data into meaningful business insights within a fast-paced digital environment. In this role, you will work closely with product, CRM, marketing, and business teams to analyze customer journeys, optimize product performance, and support strategic decision-making through data. You will play a key role in monitoring KPIs, validating product hypotheses, conducting experiments, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The position offers exposure to high-volume B2C products, advanced analytics initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote international environment. Ideal candidates are analytical thinkers who combine strong technical skills with business understanding and a passion for turning data into impactful product decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze user behavior across key product funnels including registration, deposits, engagement, retention, betting activity, and withdrawals.

  • Monitor and evaluate core product KPIs such as conversion rates, churn, customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

  • Prepare detailed analytical reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and business-impacting product insights.

  • Support product teams by validating hypotheses, interpreting experiment results, and delivering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Conduct A/B testing analysis and evaluate product experiments to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

  • Perform user segmentation and cohort analysis based on behavioral patterns, lifecycle stages, activity levels, VIP potential, and retention indicators.

  • Investigate anomalies, performance fluctuations, and unexpected changes in product or business metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti-Fraud, and operational teams to support data-driven product and business decisions.

  • Build and present analytical summaries, performance reviews, and business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Contribute to improving reporting processes, data visualization practices, and analytical workflows across the organization.

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or similar B2C-focused analytical roles.

  • Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large and complex datasets.

  • Experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of product and business metrics including conversion, retention, churn, engagement, revenue, deposits, and user activity.

  • Hands-on experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across product, marketing, CRM, business, and technical teams.

  • Ability to structure analytical tasks, clarify business requirements, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced product environments.

  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and stakeholder presentation techniques.

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication purposes is required.

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, CRM analytics, VIP segmentation, or traffic quality analysis is considered a strong advantage.
