We're looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain activities for the delivery of cutting\-edge automation and machine build projects. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading strategic sourcing for bespoke components, engineered systems, and specialist services


• Building and developing a high\-performing global supplier network


• Driving cost reduction, value engineering, and total cost of ownership initiatives


• Negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier performance


• Mitigating supply chain risks and ensuring materials are delivered on time


• Leading and developing the procurement team while driving continuous improvement

• Proven procurement leadership experience within engineering, automation, manufacturing, or capital equipment


• Experience sourcing complex, low\-volume, high\-value components


• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills


• Global sourcing experience and a strategic mindset


• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and project teams


• CIPS qualification or equivalent (desirable)

• Work on exciting, first\-of\-a\-kind engineering projects


• Play a key role in shaping procurement strategy and business growth


• Collaborate with innovative technical teams


• Make a real impact through supplier partnerships, cost optimisation, and supply chain excellence

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£58,000\.00 per year
