Full Time – Permanent Contract Location: Tunbridge Wells Office

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Tunbridge Wells \& Flimwell Agency.

Private Clients insurance represents a key area of growth for us, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Private Clients Insurance Advisor to help drive expansion in this market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional team in a role where your contributions will be highly valued and rewarded.

About the Role

As a Private Clients Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with high value clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are fully understood face to face and via telephone. This role will require you to have access to a car in order to visit our clients in person.

  • Identifying opportunities to provide tailored insurance solutions to Private Clients and High Net Worth households

  • Offering expert advice on comprehensive insurance products, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate cover

  • Collaborating with the agency team to deliver exceptional service and achieve growth targets

  • Representing NFU Mutual and the agency professionally within the local community

About You

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales, ideally within insurance, financial services, or the Private Clients/HNW sector

  • A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, offering a customer focused approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ambition, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude to drive growth in this key area

  • Desirable: Experience with Private Clients or HNW insurance products, though full training will be provided
