Practice Manager

Job responsibilities

As practice manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the practice to provide high\-quality, efficient, and effective patient care


• Embed a culture of openness, transparency and trust across the whole practice team


• Lead the team through any changes needed in the provision of patient care the practice provides directly, and via the practice network


• Identify threats and opportunities in the primary care landscape


• Develop, lead, and implement the practice strategy and business plan with the partners


• Provide leadership and management to ensure the practice meets its agreed aims and objectives


• Monitor and evaluate performance of the practice team; Identify \& manage any changes needed


• Develop and maintain effective communication within the practice and with relevant outside agencies


• Work professionally and flexibly with a practical approach


• Ensure all statutory requirements are met


• Represent the practice, maintaining good working relationships with outside agencies and professional bodies
