Corve Street Dental Practice is a beautifully refurbished, high\-standard private practice in the heart of historic Ludlow. Following an extensive refurbishment, we offer a calm, modern and welcoming environment designed around an exceptional patient experience.
The Role
You will oversee the day to day running of the practice, working closely with the Principal to drive success across people, finance, compliance, patient experience and growth. This is a hands\-on leadership role – you are expected to lead from the front, not manage from a distance.
Key responsibilities include:
· Day\-to\-day practice operations and team management
· Delivering a high\-end patient journey
· Driving performance across revenue, utilisation and conversion
· Managing rotas, staffing and clinic efficiency
· Maintaining strict CQC compliance and clinical governance
· Overseeing stock, suppliers and cost control
· Monthly Reporting
· Supporting business growth, new services and expansion
About You
Essential:
· At least 3 yrs Management experience
· Strong commercial awareness – understands revenue, margins, KPIs and performance metrics
· Exceptional organisational and operational control
· Confident managing clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
· A natural leader with integrity, warmth and resilience
· Can\-do, solutions\-focused attitude with the ability to use your initiative
· Excellent communication – clear, empathetic and professional
· Comfortable in a fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment
Desirable:
· Experience as a Manager in private dental, healthcare, aesthetics or medical settings desirable
· Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
· Multi\-site management experience
