Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital \& eCommerce Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants hands\-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and content creation. You’ll be working across a variety of digital platforms, helping to manage online orders, improve product listings, and support our growing online presence.

If you’re interested in digital media, online sales, and learning how a real business operates behind the scenes, this role offers plenty of variety and opportunity to develop.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing orders from our online platforms (website, eBay, Amazon, etc.)

  • Creating and updating product listings on our website

  • Maintaining accurate and engaging product information

  • Assisting with email campaigns and marketing activity

  • Supporting social media content and updates

  • Taking product photos and helping create digital content (images/videos)

  • Contributing to improving how products are presented online

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organisational skills

  • Confident using computers and learning new systems

  • Good written communication skills

Desirable (but not essential):
  • Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content creation

  • Experience with social media or online selling platforms

  • Basic photo or video editing skills
