We specialize in engineering and manufacturing cutting\-edge conductive polymer heating textiles, pushing the boundaries of material science to deliver innovative, high\-performance heating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the polymer processing chain.


• Develop and optimize conductive polymer compounds using PP/PET and carbon nanotube or carbon black fillers on a twin\-screw extruder.


• Extrude approximately 250um monofilaments with precisely controlled electrical resistance.


• Characterize materials utilizing rheology, TGA, DSC, tensile testing, and resistivity testing methods.

• The candidate has held the job title Polymer Process Engineer or its equivalent, with 3 to 6 years of experience.


• The candidate must hold an MSc or PhD in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.


• The candidate must have hands\-on experience with twin\-screw extruder and compounding.


• The candidate must have experience working with conductive polymer composites.


• The candidate must be fluent in the English language.


• It is a plus if the candidate speaks the French language.


• The candidate must possess a valid driver's license.


• The candidate must already have the right to work in the European Union (EU) or Luxembourg without requiring visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.


• The candidate must be located in or able to commute to Bissen, Luxembourg for an on\-site position.


• The candidate has experience with material characterization methods such as rheology, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), or tensile testing.


• The candidate has experience in deep\-tech startups or fast\-paced R\&D environments.
