About the Role

We are a growing plumbing and heating company looking for a reliable and motivated Reactive Plumbing \& Heating Engineer to join our team.

The role will involve attending reactive and planned works on behalf of insurance companies, property managers, landlords and commercial clients across the East Midlands.

You will be expected to manage jobs independently, communicate professionally with customers and clients, diagnose faults correctly and complete works to a high standard.

Typical Works

• Reactive plumbing call\-outs


• Leaks and burst pipes


• Boiler and heating faults


• No heating / no hot water


• Radiator and valve issues


• Toilet, tap and sanitaryware repairs


• Pipework repairs and alterations


• Gas\-related works where suitably qualified


• Landlord maintenance


• Insurance and home\-emergency jobs


• Fault finding and diagnostics


• Planned remedial works


• Emergency attendance

Requirements

• Plumbing and heating experience


• Full UK driving licence


• Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications


• Good fault\-finding ability


• Strong customer\-service skills


• Gas Safe registration / gas qualifications are desirable
