Digital Performance Manager
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Digital Performance Manager to oversee performance across our SEO and Paid Media offering, while also providing hands\-on Paid Media delivery where needed.
This is a hybrid role combining performance oversight, strategic challenge and Paid Media delivery. Our channel specialists will continue to own the development and execution of their strategies, while the Digital Performance Manager will provide strategic challenge, quality assurance and wider oversight to ensure activity is delivering against client objectives.
Alongside this, you’ll have strong hands\-on Paid Media experience and be confident planning, managing and optimising campaigns when additional delivery support is needed.
You’ll work closely with our channel specialists, taking responsibility for client performance, reporting standards, account health and the overall quality of our performance marketing delivery.
You’ll also be a key senior contact for clients, joining strategy and performance meetings, supporting Account Leads and stepping in where performance challenges or concerns need additional strategic direction.
If you’re someone who can move comfortably between strategic oversight and hands\-on Paid Media delivery, challenge specialists constructively, interpret performance clearly and bring together people, strategy and client objectives, this could be your next step.
This role is based out of our Loughborough office.
