Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy is a vital part of our specialist palliative care and we are looking for an experienced and compassionate practitioner to join our multi\-disciplinary and supportive team.

At Severn Hospice you have time to care. Working at our Apley hospice, you will provide a high standard of responsive, holistic physiotherapy care to patients living with life\-limiting illness, supporting them to maintain independence, comfort and quality of life.

As an integral member of the hospice team, you will undertake specialist assessments and deliver tailored interventions in line with recognised physiotherapy best practice and our Living Well approach to care. Working within our inpatient and community services, you will manage a diverse caseload, adapting care to meet the changing needs of patients and their families.

With your excellent organisational, communication and clinical skills, you will effectively manage referrals and prioritise workload. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines, offering expert advice and promoting a rehabilitative, person\-centred approach to care.
