Pharmacy Dispenser

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly pharmacy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the pharmacist, ensuring prescriptions are dispensed accurately, and providing excellent customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.


• Assisting with prescription processing and stock management.


• Providing professional and courteous customer service.


• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to pharmacy regulations.


• Supporting the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations.


• Ensuring the dispensary is organised and compliant with relevant standards.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous pharmacy dispensing experience.


• Good knowledge of dispensing procedures and pharmacy systems.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Relevant pharmacy dispensing qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services).


• Experience using PMR systems.
