Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new prospects.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyse sales data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the organisation’s services.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Ability to analyse market data and generate strategic insights.
- A recognised qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
