Duties

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards

  • Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy plans for diverse patient populations

  • Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting treatments as necessary in coordination with medical teams

  • Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions

  • Educate patients on anatomy\-related concerns that influence medication efficacy and safety

  • Administer medications in clinical settings such as hospitals or clinics, including injections and IV therapies when applicable
Requirements
  • Valid pharmacist licensure in the relevant jurisdiction with current registration status

  • Proven experience working in ICU environments or critical care units is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate medication administration and patient care

  • Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive patient care through effective communication and clinical judgment

  • Experience with medication administration techniques, including injections and IV therapies

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high\-stakes environments while maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

  • 45 hours weekly very flexible.
Pay: From £55,500\.00 per year
