About the role
We are a hospitality and accommodation business looking for an Artificial Intelligence Intern with previous professional experience in CRM development and AI\-assisted automation.
You will help build multiple CRM systems and internal tools using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, Supabase and supporting connectors and integrations, working directly with our operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Help design and build multiple CRMs for client relationships, supplier management, property operations and sales.
- Develop contact records, enquiry tracking, sales pipelines, task reminders and reporting dashboards.
- Adapt each CRM to the requirements of the team using it.
- Connect CRMs with email, spreadsheets and business systems through APIs and connectors.
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to support development and automation.
- Manage code and track changes using GitHub.
- Use Supabase for databases, authentication and user permissions.
- Test systems for accuracy, reliability and secure access.
- Document your work and support colleagues using the systems.
- Previous professional experience building or developing CRM systems and business automations, gained through employment, freelance work or a professional internship.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT within development workflows.
- Hands\-on experience with GitHub and Supabase.
- Working knowledge of databases, APIs, connectors and system integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into working applications.
- Strong problem\-solving skills, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Ability to follow an agreed brief, manage priorities and deliver work independently.
