About the Role

You will deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Performing Arts and Humanities, creating a nurturing learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

The role offers the opportunity to:

• Teach Performing Arts and Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Develop creative and inspiring learning experiences.


• Support students with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.


• Build positive relationships that promote confidence, resilience and independence.


• Contribute to enrichment activities, performances, educational visits and whole-school events.


• Work collaboratively within a supportive and dedicated team.

• Holds QTS, QTLS or an equivalent teaching qualification.


• Has experience teaching Performing Arts, Drama, Dance, Music, Humanities or related subjects.


• Is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.


• Can adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.


• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• Brings energy, enthusiasm and creativity to every lesson.


• Values inclusion, wellbeing and student-centred practice.
