Performance Marketing Executive
At Startle, we help multi\-site retail and hospitality brands create better in\-venue experiences through background music, digital signage, and entertainment solutions. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help drive that growth.
This is hands\-on work for someone who loves the full performance marketing toolkit \- paid media, SEO, GEO, and conversion optimisation \- and wants to see their work translate directly into leads and revenue. You'll own meaningful parts of our marketing engine from day one, not just execute someone else's brief. Working closely with a small, fast\-moving marketing team, you'll run campaigns across the UK and Irish markets.
What you'll be doing
- Planning, running, and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads and paid social, with a focus on B2B lead generation
- Managing on\-page SEO across both brands \- keyword research, content optimisation, technical fixes \- using Google Search Console and our AI/GEO SEO tool
- Staying on top of GEO trends and ensuring we're showing up in generative AI search results
- Running A/B tests on landing pages and conversion paths to improve performance
- Producing regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
- Working with sales on lead quality feedback and pipeline tracking
- 2\+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally B2B
- Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and paid social
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, CRO methodology, and analytics (GA4\)
- Strong copywriting instincts \- you can write landing page copy and ad variants that sound human
- Genuinely curious, test\-and\-learn mindset; comfortable working independently
- Bonus: experience with Webflow, Pipedrive, or ABM strategies
