As part of the global PCC Group, we specialise in the production of complex, high performance metal components and supply products worldwide to our prestigious blue\-chip customers.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll \& HR Graduate to join our team in Livingston. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in both Payroll and Human Resources, gaining hands\-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
You will support the delivery of key Payroll and HR processes while developing your technical skills, working closely with experienced colleagues in a fast\-paced environment.
Payroll Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate payroll records for employees
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Support payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare daily cost reports and worked hours data
- Respond to payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR
- Support recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and administration
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new starters
- Process employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, and contractual updates)
- Provide administrative support for investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Deliver a proactive and confidential HR administration service
- Respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires the jobholder to obtain certain authorisation or security clearances that will require interface with local and U.S. government authorities.
