Parts Manager
This is a great opportunity to join T Nolan \& Sons Ltd Scania Dealership and lead the Parts Department at our new facility in Raheen Limerick \& work with the Scania brand. As Parts Manager you will take overall responsibility for the Parts business, improve existing customer relations, develop new ones and manage supplier relationships. You will oversee end to end parts operation, ensuring high availability, optimal stock control and maximum profitability.
Main responsibilities \& duties
Continually review \& analyse the Parts business \& implement agreed strategic plans.
Monitor \& improve customer service levels being delivered by the Parts team.
Oversee the management of stock (daily \& emergency orders, new \& warranty returns).
Monitor, analyse and report monthly on department performance.
Manage key accounts.
Assist in managing departmental/product promotions.
Collaboration with and support of the other departments within the business.
Manage performance and work standards of the Parts team, administering corrective action and support as required.
Comply with and enforce Company policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping\& maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training and developement programmes as required.
Experience
Previous experience in Parts Management, minimum 3 years.
