Do you have a passion for building impactful industry–academic partnerships and delivering high\-quality engagement experiences?
As Partner Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Imperial College London’s Imperial Business Partners (IBP) programme.
You will manage relationships with assigned corporate members, ensuring they benefit from meaningful connections to Imperial’s world\-leading research, talent and innovation ecosystem.
Working as part of a dynamic Partner Engagement team, you will help shape and deliver a compelling programme of activity, supporting member retention, growth and long\-term value
What you would be doing

In this role, you will:
- Manage relationships with assigned IBP members, acting as a trusted and proactive point of contact
- Deliver a high\-quality, engaging programme of activities, including events, workshops and bespoke partner engagements
- Connect corporate partners to relevant academics, research and innovation opportunities across Imperial
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the IBP programme, supporting member retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Enterprise, Communications and Marketing) to design engaging content and ensure strong participation
- Gather partner feedback and insights to continuously improve the programme and enhance member experience
- Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and promoting IBP’s value proposition
- Manage operational delivery, including coordination of suppliers, budgets, reporting and CRM updates

- Experience in relationship management and/or business development, with the ability to create opportunities and support delivery in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility to build trust and influence senior academic and corporate audiences
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, including coordinating activities and engaging stakeholders across matrix organisations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high\-quality content for both corporate and academic audiences
- Commercial awareness and understanding of industry–academic collaboration (experience in HE or with corporates desirable)
- Highly organised and self\-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to a high standard
- Strong interpersonal, listening and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to gather insights and respond effectively to partner needs
- Creative thinker, able to develop engaging programme content and drive continuous improvement
