About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant at 888 Vapour, you’ll be the face of our brand, assisting customers on their vaping journey and ensuring our store runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about vaping, knowledgeable about our products, and eager to help people make the switch.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Serving customers and providing expert product advice.


• Processing transactions accurately using our EPOS system.


• Conducting stock checks and ensuring shelves are replenished.


• Assisting with cashing up procedures and daily banking.


• Opening and closing the store when required.


• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming.


• Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous retail experience (preferably within vaping or similar industries).


• A strong understanding of vaping products – including e\-cigarettes, e\-liquids, coils, batteries, and safety.


• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping people quit smoking.


• Confidence with cash handling and processing transactions.


• Ability to work independently and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.


• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a positive, can\-do attitude.

Requirements:

• You must be 18 or older to apply.


• Knowledge of vaping products and trends is highly preferred.


• Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
