Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part\-Time Adult Support Worker (Night shift) to provide high\-quality care and assistance to adults with diverse needs. This role involves supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well\-being within home, community, or facility settings. The position offers 24 hours per week night shift work, with a focus on delivering person\-centered care tailored to each individual's requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult care environments and possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

You will work within a supportive team helping individuals build independence, life skills, confidence and joy in everyday living.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting adults with personal care and daily routines
- Promoting independence, communication and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting engagement in meaningful activities on\-site and in the community
- Encouraging choice\-making, social development and life skills
- Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding at all times
- Working as part of a professional, reflective and person\-centred team
- From £12\.71 per hour, rising with qualifications and experience\* Double pay on bank holidays and triple pay for Christmas, Boxing day and New Year's Day
