Optical Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Time Optical Assistant to join our friendly and experienced team in our Cheadle and Altrincham practices.

As an Optical Assistant, you'll be a key part of a team that is passionate about eye care and committed to delivering the highest standard of service. Our business is at the forefront of lens manufacturing, and you’ll be working alongside industry professionals who are dedicated to helping you grow and succeed.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of one year’s experience in an optical setting


• A motivated, flexible, and patient\-focused attitude


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Good basic computer literacy


• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection


• Providing excellent patient care and customer service


• Supporting with administrative tasks


• Ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations within the practice

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of our passionate and evolving practices. The role will be full time 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday with 3 days based in Cheadle and 2 days in Altrincham.
