Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as a central point of contact for customers and operational teams.


• Coordinate information across various communication channels.


• Support the planning and delivery of daily operational activities.


• Monitor and update systems to ensure information remains accurate and current.


• Investigate and resolve customer and operational queries.


• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain service standards.


• Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.


• Assist with reporting and data management activities.


• Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, administration, or support-based role within the logistics industry


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.


• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.


• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.


• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


• The ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.


• Experience in logistics, transport, operations, or supply chain environment.


• Familiarity with industry systems, customer platforms, or data management tools is a plus.
