Job Purpose:
We are seeking experienced FLT drivers to join our clients warehouse team in Tilbury on a temp - perm basis. This role involves key warehouse operations including loading, goods-in, and preparing pallets for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to load and unload goods
- Manage goods-in processes, including checking and recording deliveries
- Banding and wrapping pallets to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules
- Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues and supervisors
- Valid and in-date FLT licence
- Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Good understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Experience with banding and wrapping pallets
- Familiarity with goods-in procedures and stock control systems
