Operations Manager
Do you get energy from making things run well and fixing operational challenges?
Are you the manager your team follows not because they have to, but because you’re consistent, fair, and genuinely present?
About Us
Wolf Eyewear Group is a B2B designer eyewear business selling exclusively through independent opticians across the UK and internationally. The group includes the brands Wolf Eyewear and White Optics. We’re a close\-knit team based in Leighton Buzzard, fast\-moving, high standards, and proud of what we make and sell. We’re scaling, and this role is central to that.
About the Role
This is a newly created, hands\-on people and process role. You’ll lead the day\-to\-day operations across our warehouse and customer service teams, not just managing them, but actively shaping how they work. You’ll report into the Finance Director and be the person who knows exactly what’s happening on the floor and why.
You don’t need to come from eyewear. However, you do need to be someone who leads with energy, takes real ownership, and sets a standard others want to match.
